No. We do not provide towels free of charge in any of our holiday homes. However, you have the option to add towels for an extra charge when you make your booking.

Yes. We prepare the beds in our holiday homes for you. So you do not need to bring bedding for pillow, blanket or mattress. Beds are prepared for the number of people indicated. Therefore, if the number changes, please notify us.

No. There is no washing machine or tumble dryer in this holiday home. However, there is a launderette in the neighbouring village that is open daily.

In all our holiday homes, check-in takes place at 14:00 at the earliest. The keys are handed over directly at the respective holiday home. Please let us know approximately when you will be arriving.
Check-out must take place by 9:00 a.m. at the latest. We start cleaning at 9:00 a.m. and ask you to have left the holiday home by then.

You will receive your deposit back by bank transfer and will not be given to you in cash. As soon as you have left and we start the cleaning work, the house will be checked for damage and theft. If nothing is found, the deposit will be returned to you the following week. If, on the other hand, something is found, we record it with a photo or a description of the item and deduct this from the deposit or keep the full deposit. However, if the damage or theft far exceeds the deposit, we must report this.

No. All costs are included in the booking amount and no additional costs will be charged upon arrival if you book through our booking form. If you book through another portal (Airbnb, bookingg.com etc.), a deposit & tourist tax may still be charged locally. In the offer or the booking confirmation you receive from us, all cost centres (accommodation, visitor’s tax, final cleaning, deposit) are listed from which the booking amount is made up.

Yes, there is a boot dryer.
No, there is no separate ski room.
We had to place the boot dryer in the garage due to lack of space. Parking a vehicle is still possible. The boot dryer can dry 25 pairs of boots at the same time.

No. All our holiday homes are only available to our guests who have booked it for the respective period. The entire property including the garden can be used by you.

Yes, all our holiday homes have a barbecue in the garden. Barbecue tools are at your disposal and you can use them as needed.

Yes, in addition to a fully automatic coffee machine that uses whole beans, you can also use a coffee filter machine or a “Moka Express” espresso machine. For grinding whole beans, there is an electric coffee grinder in the kitchen.

No. There is no pool at your disposal.

Yes. All our holiday homes have a garage for parking a vehicle. Each garage is closed by an electric garage door. The height of the garage is designed for normal cars and is not suitable for cars with roof bodies or minibuses.

Yes. In all our holiday homes there is a cot with mattress and a children’s high chair. If you need these, please let us know so that we can prepare them for you.

Holiday home Rubin:
It runs directly in front of the house, which means a ski ON & OFF for you. From the holiday home you can enter the ski slope directly, which leads you to the gondola lift and when skiing down the slope you get back directly to the holiday home.

Holiday home Smaragd:
From the house you only need a few minutes walk to get to the gondola lift. You can get back to the valley station either via the ski slope or through the gondola lift itself.

Holiday home Rubin:
This holiday home is supplied with water from its own mountain spring. So you get top quality water like you have never had before. However, this also limits the amount of water available. In case of excessive consumption or dry summer days, the water pressure may become low for some during the day. Therefore, keep this in mind during your stay.

Holiday home Smaragd:
This holiday home is normally connected to a communal water main. There are therefore no water problems and you will receive good quality water during your stay.
